We have our in-house architects and can take your project from concept to completion in a way that is fast, efficient and cost-effective.

Sample timeline from design phase through construction to occupancy:

1. Initial free inspection by ARM Builders
2. Site meeting with architect and ARM Builders
3. Approval of design layout of ADU. It will take approximately 8 weeks for approval by the city
4. Start of construction
5. Length of construction 3 to 4 months
6. Within 6 months of our initial meeting you can start generating income and enjoy your ADU for whatever purpose
7. You can then host your mother-in-law !
